My first stop was Paris. 14 years ago I stayed at a friend's place@Bir Hakim Paris for 2 months. Longer than I orginially intended. I met someone special whilst I was holidaying in Scotland after my summer french lessons in Annecy. He is from Nice and we dated in Paris.
We hung out in St Germaine alot as his university was there. Odeon Metro Station was our meeting point.
And of course we took walks at the foot of the Eiffel Tower...ate strawberry at Pont des Arts. We left our footprints in both left and right bank of Paris.
It was a beautiful late summer and early autumn of 1996.
